Modern House With Curved Architecture And A Touch Of Nature
Austrian architectural practice Caramel Architects created this supermodern home for a young family in the suburbs of Vienna. The house displays a curved geometry and special architectural elements were used throughout. The imposing structure features four levels, three above ground and one below. The interior is modern and minimalist. I like the living room very much – thanks to the green grass-like carpet and giant windows it looks as if you are sitting outside. The main color is white to widen the space and maximize the natural light. Green color adds a touch of nature to the house. This house is very modern, fresh and minimalist.

Mexico’s Le Porc-Shop Turns Drab Recycled Materials into Dynamic Furniture
Le Porc-Shop is an up-and-coming furniture workshop from Mexico that fuses recycling, functionality and experimentation into unique limited edition pieces. With an artisanal approach, Le Porc-Shop works together with designers and artists to produce handcrafted solid wood furniture with no constraints. Last month, Le Porc-Shop opened their first permanent showroom in their native Guadalajara, together with a series of new projects, including the popular Banca Familiar by Valentin Garal.

Siliconized Acrylic Caulk
High quality siliconized acrylic caulk is a good choice for many interior or exterior painting projects. Siliconized acrylic sealants have become the standard painters caulk because it is able to adhere to a wide range of materials. Plus, Siliconized acrylic caulk is fully paintable with both acrylic or alkyd paints when fully cured.
Be careful not to get 100% silicone caulk. In fact, it is a good idea to always read the label on any caulking material. Look for the words “paintable.” If the caulk doesn’t say this, the paint may bead up and peel right off.
Also make sure you don’t purchase regular acrylic caulk.

I just love me a quaint and cozy cottage. This two-room cabin in Nantucket photographed by Michael Partenio is surely one of the cutest I’ve ever come across. Designed by Kathleen Hay, the renovated space features pickled white oak floors and white horizontal paneling on the walls.
