You might think a white vase — indeed a white pottery/porcelain/ceramic anything — would be boring. You would be wrong, as is so clearly shown in these stunning numbers created by Frances Palmer. The clean, white lines create the perfect backdrop for bouquets of any color. Her vases are deliberately asymmetrical, which I just love. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Check them out!

Garden Reports and Rejoicing – March 6
I am weather obsessed, but I’m not one of those people who only want sunny days. Just the opposite…I’m looking for regular clouds and (please, God) rain. As a gardener I wish for at least an inch of rain each week, delivered over a 24-hour period. And no, I don’t care if this precipitation comes overnight, on a workday, or over the weekend.
If those who live in the Northeast received an inch or more a week, none of us would have to water established plants. That would mean no extra sprinkling for our annuals, trees, perennials, shrubs, or lawns. Some vege

Every child, even those who are considered generally well-behaved, need a time out every now and then, as punishment after doing something naughty. Dust collection is not only important for our health but it also helps keep our shops clean! A great dust collection set-up can drastically improve the air quality and neatness of any shop and make it a great place to work in.
One the most biggest design features for my new is the dust collection system. I wanted a system that would focus on several key issues including:
- Sufficient Power
- Flexibility
- Reliability
To make matters even more complicated I have my woodshop on the 2nd floor above my garage.

Valentine’s Day is here. Some folks love it and some folks hate it, but almost everyone must deal with it one way or another. Just like Christmas and Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day has become another holiday which essentially requires a man to spend money in some form or fashion. And everywhere you look you’re reminded about it.
